CDI Awarded Army National Guard Camp Robinson Project

CDI, Contractors, LLC was awarded a contract by the Military Department of Arkansas to provide construction management services in support of the Arkansas Army National Guard for an energy efficient Combined Support Maintenance Shop at Camp Robinson in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

CDI was the low bidder from six competing companies, winning the project with a bid of $25,540,000, (the second lowest bid came in at $25,646,000).   The scope consists of approximately 125,628 square feet and is comprised of office areas, personnel areas, work areas, general work bays, special purpose work bays and facility allowance spaces.

The facility is projected to be complete August 2013 with a 20 month construction schedule.
