The project consisted of demolishing the former house and utilizing the lot for the construction of the new house. The new house is 40,000 SF and has 97 beds. It has 4 levels: a basement, ground floor, 2nd floor and a finished attic. The basement and ground floors house the public spaces and larger gathering spaces of the sorority. These include a dining room with seating for 300, commercial kitchen, restrooms, study spaces, library, laundry, storage, chapter room with seating for around 300, art studio, and fitness area. The two upper levels are residential with study space, bedrooms, shared bathrooms, and a roof deck.
