The Arkansas Army National Guard's 45,000 square foot Consolidated Maintenance Facility is used for maintaining and repairing vehicles and other military equipment with associated office areas, personnel areas, work areas and storage areas. The 110,000 square foot Equipment Storage Warehouse is for the storage of military equipment, also with associated office areas and personnel areas. In addition, four smaller buildings are used for maintaining and repairing Radar Fire Finder System, bulky equipment storage, controlled waste/flammable materials storage and unheated storage.
The Consolidated Maintenance Facility is the first maintenance building in the entire Air National Guard to receive a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating of Silver, an industry standard of green building certification.
