The Village at Fairview is a 200 acre, 600,000 square foot upscale lifestyle center located in north Dallas.  The one million square foot retail component is anchored by Dillard’s, Macy’s, JCPenney, The Container Store and Barnes & Noble.  The retail portion also includes a 38,000 square-foot Gold Class Cinema and 500,000 square feet of specialty shops and restaurants.  The gathering area features an interactive family-play fountain along with a stage for various types of shows and performances.
