Dillard's Distribution Center Expansion, TX

This 97,084 square foot expansion of the existing Dillard’s 839,500 distribution facility in Fort Worth, Texas increased the capacity and efficiency of the owner to distribute merchandise in the central/southwest areas of the United States. The work included approximately 4,500 cubic yards of concrete, 20 dock doors, “sandwich” tilt-up panels and conveyor system expansion and was accomplished while keeping the existing conveyor system and facility in operation.
