Dillard's Distribution Center, GA

This 380,000 square foot Distribution Center consists of a structural steel frame with an insulated “sandwich” concrete panel system for its exterior walls. This distribution center houses a state-of-the-art computerized conveyor system  Each concrete panel was “face-lifted” to provide the best possible color and texture consistency. The facility has 203 panels weighing up to 30 tons each, and a total of 16,590 cubic yards of concrete placed and finished during a 10 month construction period.
