Dillard's Distribution Center Expansion, AZ

This 318,200 square foot General Merchandise Distribution Center was completed eleven months after construction began. The exterior walls are an insulated “sandwich” panel system with an integral color which provide a durable and attractive exterior facade as well as the high impact resistence of a concrete interior wall. Over 16,400 cubic yards of concrete were placed and finished during the construction of this facility. This well designed facility accommodates a new state-of-the-art computerized conveyor system.
