Dillard's Distribution Center, KS

This 525,000 square foot General Merchandise and 180,000 square foot Big Ticket Distribution Center was completed eleven months after construction began. CDI utilized the tilt-wall construction method with exposed aggregate finish and some of the largest panels weighing over 57 tons. Over 24,000 cubic yards of concrete was placed and finished during construction of this Distribution Facility. Miles of computerized conveyors stand ready in this state-of-the-art Distribution Center.
