La Plaza Mall Food Court Renovation

CDI is renovating and expanding the food court at Simon Properties' La Plaza Mall in McAllen, Texas by 36,000 square feet.  The number of food court tenants will be increased as new stone floors and accent walls are installed along with new ceilings, skylights, lighting and HVAC systems.  A particular challenge of this project is to complete the renovation and expansion of the new food court while the existing food court is still in operation.  Specific programs regarding public safety and air quality are of the highest priority during this project.
