Cabela's Destination and Retail Store

The Cabela's outdoor destination store is a one-level, approximately 100,000 sq ft retail facility located in Rogers, Arkansas. The building's exterior will reflect Cabela's traditional store model with log construction, stonework, wood siding and metal roofing. A large glass storefront will allow customers to view much of the store's interior as they approach the building.  The facility will provide space for a mountain display, gun library, retail space, warehouse, boat sales/showroom, offices for management and conference rooms for the 50-year-old outdoor outfitter.

The contracted work includes all site work, consisting of but not limited to all grading, building pad prep, paving, site lighting, landscaping, irrigation, curb and gutter, sidewalks, site signage, retaining walls and site screening.
