Our philosophy is very simple: Teamwork and Service!

Our concept of teamwork is every team member of the Owner, A/E Design Team and General Contractor Team working together in the best interest of the Owner and to achieve the goals of the Owner. In our experience, CDI has found that a team approach to project management creates the most efficiency and value for our clients. We believe in the team approach and work in a team relationship with the Owner and A/E Design Team on the majority of our projects. In fact, we negotiate over ninety-five percent of our work on a team basis, providing the pre-construction services and construction services necessary to meet or exceed the goals of the Owner.

We understand the meaning and importance of service. Service defines CDI, and CDI defines service. It is our goal to set the standard of excellence for service in the construction industry by the pre-construction services and construction services we provide on every project.
