• Regular Project Meetings with the Owner & A/E Design Team
• Weekly Jobsite Meetings with CDI Foremen & Subcontractors' Foremen
• Schedule & Confirm Lead Times/Delivery Dates for Shop Drawings & Submittals
• Schedule & Confirm Lead Times/Delivery Dates for Material & Equipment
• Daily Management & Coordination of Field Operations:
  • CDI Self-Perform Work
  • Management & Coordination of Subcontractor's Field Operations
  • Scheduling
  • Quality Control
  • Cost Control
  • Safety
• Coordination of Plans & Specifications with Field Conditions
• Compliance of Work with Plans & Specifications
• Compliance of Work with Federal, State and Local Rules, Regulations & Codes
• Schedule & Coordinate Testing & Inspection Requirements
• Obtain Temporary Permits & Certificates Necessary for Construction
• Obtain Temporary & Permanent Certificates of Occupancy
• Development & Completion of CDI Punch List
• Completion of A/E Design Team Punch List
• Coordination of Construction Activities with the Owner
• Delivery of the Project On Time or Ahead of Schedule
• One (1) Year Warranty Walk-Through with Owner & A/E Design Team
