  • CDI uses Microsoft Project 2003 to prepare the Overall Project Schedule, SIPS (Short interval Production Schedules) and monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule.
  • Network application allows our project team in the field and office to keep up-to-date on the status of the project and its critical scheduling issues.
  • We work with the Owner to determine any site conditions and constraints that will affect construction, and incorporate these requirements into the Construction Schedule and Bid Packages.

  • During the Design Phase:
    • Determine Lead Times and Task Durations as Building Systems, Materials and Equipment are selected
    • Update Schedule as new information becomes available.
  • During Construction:
    • Update Overall Project Schedule Weekly
    • Produce Three-Week Short Interval Production Schedules (SIPS)
    • Review Schedule for Critical Delivery and Production Issues
    • Distribute and Discuss Schedule in Weekly Jobsite Meetings with CDI Foremen and Subcontractors' Foremen.
