• Completion of A/E Design Team Punch List
• Owner Training Sessions for Mechanical & Electrical Systems Prior to Occupancy (Video-Taped)
• As-Builts & Close-Out Documents Within 30 Days After Completion
• One Year Warranty (Full-Time Warranty Manager)
• List of Extended Warranties With Contact information
• Follow-Up with Year End Walk-Through with Owner and Architect At End of Warranty Period
