Warranty Services

CDI recognizes the importance of warranty service to the Owner, and, for that reason, we have a full-time Warranty Manager who is responsible for the warranty work on all of our projects. The Warranty Manager provides our clients with a single point of contact to investigate and resolve any potential warranty issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, consulting with the Project Manager, General Superintendent and Project Executive as necessary. The Warranty Manager will coordinate all aspects of warranty work, monitoring corrections daily, and reporting to the Owner until the satisfactory resolution of the issue and completion of any necessary warranty work.

The Warranty Manager will manage all items during the standard one year warranty period, and will follow-up with a Year End Walk-Through with the Owner and A/E Design Team at the end of the warranty period.
