Bank OZK Fourth Operations Building
Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects
This 36,700 SF operations center was designed to complement the three existing buildings on the bank’s Ozark campus. A covered connector links the four-story structure and the original bank headquarters. The energy-efficient building features a combination of private offices and workstations, as well as conference rooms and other meeting spaces. This project involved the use of a precast wall system with insulation sandwiched between the precast panels. Curtain wall and brick make up the rest of the façade. One innovative aspect of this building is that the light fixtures are part of the acoustical ceiling grid system.
