An 11,000 SF lobby expansion reorients the theater entry from Dickson Street. The project also features 4,000 SF of expanded space on the Starr Theater with a new dedicated entrance, expanded seating, and large windows with blackout option. Backspace renovations include new storage capacity, office space, and crew facilities.
