CDI recognizes the importance of warranty services and has a full-time Warranty Manager who is responsible for the warranty work on all our projects. The Warranty Manager provides our clients with a single point of contact to investigate and resolve any potential warranty issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
An additional feature of our warranty/closeout process is owner training for equipment operations and maintenance. The training is filmed and given to the owner for future reference on easy-to-use digital media. This process has proved to be most valuable when the owner loses a member of his or her building maintenance team.
