This project involved renovation of the existing 30,000 SF library and a 40,000 SF expansion. Renovation efforts included new roofing, windows and increased electrical capacity to accommodate necessary technical upgrades, including two new chillers and a utility plant with connections to the surrounding building. The addition visually connected the older part of the building with the addition, while incorporating natural light and modern visual cues.
