The 13-story, 214,000 SF Spine and Neuroscience Institute provides physical and occupational rehab services with an emphasis on treatment of the spine. The project houses a rehabilitation center and swimming pool, outpatient clinics, research as well as functional labs, and administrative offices. Support for the building’s research and teaching functions includes classroom space, a 350-seat auditorium and a conference center.
